§ 5.24.050. Permit—Term—Revocation.

A street vendor's permit shall be valid for one year from the date of issuance. A street vendor's permit may be revoked by the community development director or the chief of police if the license tax under Chapter 5.04 of this code becomes due and is not paid, the permittee violates any conditions imposed on issuance of the permit, or the permittee violates any requirements of this chapter.
