§ 8.20.030. Violations.

(a)

Every person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, as the same is now or in the future may be, defined by the laws of the state.

(b)

Violations of this chapter may be abated pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 8.08.
