§ 8.06.190. Reporting requirements.
(a)
The grantee shall file with the administrator a quarterly report of the quantities of commercial debris collected, transported, diverted, and/or disposed. Such report shall be in such form and detail as required by the administrator. Specifically, the report shall include the following information, the commercial debris tonnage collected and removed within the city during the previous quarter.
(b)
To the extent permitted by the California Public Records Act, any reports, plans, and information required by this chapter or the franchise agreement shall be deemed confidential and shall not be subject to public disclosure except for each franchisee's aggregate totals.
(c)
If the quarterly report required under subsection (a) of this section, is not filed by the due date specified in the franchise agreement, the report shall be deemed delinquent, and the grantee shall pay to the city a delinquent report charge in the amount of $50.00. If the report remains delinquent for more than 15 days, the grantee shall pay to the city a delinquent report charge in the amount of $100.00. Such delinquent report charge shall be in addition to any franchise fees or other charges payable by the grantee for the same period of time.
