§ 8.06.170. Franchise operations.

(a)

All new customer agreements executed after the effective date of the franchise must contain clauses that automatically terminate such customer agreements in the event that the franchise or franchise agreement is terminated. Upon termination of any franchise, franchisee is required to notify all its customers in writing with 30 days of such termination.

(b)

The agreement shall provide for the requirements relating to the frequency and hours of collection, the size, placement and care of the containers and special collections.
