§ 8.04.080. Refuse service charges.

The city council shall establish, by resolution, a schedule of fees for the collection of solid waste by the city. Such fees shall be contained in a master fee schedule. The city council shall review the master fee schedule annually, at the beginning of each fiscal year, for possible revisions and amendments.
