§ 5.40.190. Certain activity prohibited.

Latest version.

No person may engage in the activity of fortunetelling:
(1)

Without a license to do so;

(2)

In violation of this chapter; or

(3)

In violation of a term or condition of the license;

(4)

Upon any premises for which a conditional use permit is not issued;

(5)

In violation of any condition of a conditional use permit.
