§ 5.20.090. Late payments.

In the event a state franchise holder fails to make a state franchise fee payment required by this chapter on or before the due dates specified herein, the city shall impose a late charge at the rate per year equal to the highest prime lending rate during the period of delinquency, plus one percent unless a different rate is set by applicable law or resolution adopted by the city council.
