§ 2.32.030. Qualifications—Appointment.

  • No person shall become a member of the reserve until he is able to meet all requirements prescribed by the city council. When so qualified and selected by the chief of police, in concurrence with the personnel officer, a new member shall then be sworn in by the chief of police, and/or his representative, as a member of the reserve and shall be registered as a member of the police reserve unit and take the oath of office prescribed therefor.
