§ 2.24.040. Officers and personnel.

The personnel officer shall, in consultation with the chief fire administrator, appoint the officers and personnel deemed necessary for the fire department. Such officers and personnel shall be accountable to the chief fire administrator and subject to discipline or removal pursuant to the city's rules and regulations.
