§ 17.24.070. Accompanying information.
The following data, in as many copies as required by the city engineer, shall be filed with the final map:
(1)
The names, addresses and telephone numbers of the record owners, subdivider, and persons preparing the final map;
(2)
A guarantee of title, or a letter from a title company, certifying that the signatures of all persons whose consent is necessary to pass a clear title to the land and all acknowledgements thereto appear and are correctly shown on the proper certificates, and are correctly shown on the final map, both as to the consents for the making thereof and the affidavit of dedication;
(3)
The agreement to make improvements and the security for such improvements as required by Chapter 17.40 of this code;
(4)
The city engineer may require the following information:
a.
A traverse sheet in a form to be approved by him and complete plans, profiles and cross-sections for the construction and installation of the improvements required by this title,
b.
A final grading plan;
(5)
All protective covenants, conditions and restrictions in the form in which they are to be recorded;
(6)
All offers of dedication, whether they are by separate instrument or are part of the final map;
(7)
All other data required by law or imposed as a condition of approval of the tentative map.
