International Residential Code with California Amendments, 2016 Edition as published by the International Code Council, establishing minimum standards to safeguard life, health, property and public welfare for residential construction including Appendix Chapter H (Patio Covers), and Appendix Chapter Q (ICC International Residential Code Electrical Provisions/National Electrical Code Cross-Reference) with the changes and additions as set forth herein is hereby adopted as referenced. One copy of the California Residential Code is on file in the office of the development services department/building division for use and examination by the public.
