§ 13.12.060. Sewer connection charge.

The basic connection unit charge for residential and non-residential type discharges shall be $6,134.00 per equivalent dwelling unit (EDU). One sewer connection EDU is equal to 215 gallons per day.

The sewer connection charge set forth herein shall be subject to an annual adjustment up to the change in the San Francisco Construction Cost Index (CCI) as reported by the Engineering News Record (ENR) for the 12-month period beginning March 1 as determined by resolution of the city council. The annual adjustments shall be effective each May 1, beginning in the year 2013.
