§ 12.02.150. Passage—Emergency facilities access.

(a)

Permittee shall at all times maintain at least one safe crossing and unobstructed passage for vehicle traffic and pedestrians around any excavations.

(b)

Free access must be provided to all fire hydrants and other public service structures and property that may be required for emergency purposes.
